KaenBaes are advised to hand wash all Nadi Collection, using mild detergent and cool water & should not be dried under direct sunlight.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free store pickup at Kaen.co HQ @ Elmina East. After placing your order and selecting store pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Cancellation Policy

- However, we STRICTLY do not provide refunds. Customer may only request to exchange items with the same or lower values.
